About me

“I paint what I see”
Pablo Picasso

A few words about me … In fact, I belong to people, who don’t” like to talk about themselves.
Ever since I can remember, I always see myself with a pencil, a brush, a pencil in my hand. Nature, medi-cine, human nature and history – it has always fascinated me. Become a doctor and save human life, and maybe a vet and look after animals – it’s hard to find the right answer to these questions as a child. But after a some times is going on and i started grow up i saw that i spend most of my time with a brush in my hand. I drew, painted everything that I saw and felt, everything that make me happy or saddened me.

As the well-known painter Balthus said: “When I paint, I am happy, this is a special state of mind, a state of grace.”

“If you hear a voice saying: You can not paint, paint anyway, and that voice will stop”

Vincent Van Gogh.

I was painting because it was part of my life and a way to express myself. Oil paintings on canvas, water-colors, sketches, pastels and my favorite form: acrylic on canvas. I’ve been practicing every second of my life.
I was lucky and I was able to work by doing what I like. I worked in Kiev in the Scientific and Feature Film Studio for a 20 years, I worked in the Orange Studio ( Poland) I worked with book publishers such as Wilga, Debit, Pascal, WSiP etc. illustrating books, textbooks for children, encyclopedias of nature and biology, and also had the pleasure to illustrate medical textbooks for a Norwegian publishing house. It was a great joy to illustrate fairy tales and books for children. And with great curiosity I drew medical dia-grams – all this at the beginning was a challenge, but setting the bar too low does not provide opportunities for development. Uncertainty disappears and the workshop and experience remain.
At the moment, in addition to working with publishing houses, he also works in the artistic renovation workshop.
In the meantime, I paint for myself and, above all, for the order: landscapes, still life, portraits of people and animals, reproductions of paintings by famous painters, art-decore.

As of today, I can say that I paint because I like it because I can not do it differently, because I have a lot to say and this is one of the forms of my own expression.

I hope that I will be able to share my passion with you creating a dream picture for you!
